Providing recreation, cultural and physical education, leadership development, and personal adjustment and enrichment programs, the Clubs offer an alternative to the streets. The Boys & Girls Clubs priority is: To promote decency and prevent delinquency through services that provide behavioral guidance and enhance the self esteem of children.
Your family, friends, employees and customers depend on the services Boys & Girls Clubs provide. The Clubs have offered a safe haven to children between the ages of 6 - 18 in El Cajon, Lakeside, La Mesa and Santee since 1961 providing an escape from drugs and gang activity and offering a "home away from home."
Since 1961, the Boys & Girls Clubs of East County have served our community youngsters proudly. In the years ahead, we are committed to giving more young people a full and fair chance to lead meaningful, productive lives. The tradition, with your help, will continue to provide "The Positive Place for Kids."
